I’ve had many issues with this software over the years and sometimes it won’t work at all with Windows 10. If you’d like to try it, use v3.10 or higher, as I’ve seen weird bugs with other versions…including a bug that recorded at 30fps, even though it was set to 60fps!

Amareco TV 4 also supports Intensity Pro 4K RGB capture, so you can record and preview in RGB as well as YUV. Decklink Video/Audio capture definitely performs 10bit-8bit conversion, so if the video signal is 8bit, this process is useless. In a similar case, using Blackmagic WDM Capture would look cleaner and safer, but it's hard to say since the conversion process may be done inside the video source filter. I think it's okay to use either one, since they can be used in the same way. However, it is troublesome to explain both and check the operation with both, so I use Decklink Video/Audio capture although there is no particular basis.

The "Video Input" item displayed at the bottom left is important.
The content displayed here is currently the format that can be used with Intensity Pro 4K, so this content and the AmaReco TV settings must completely match.
In the example above, you can see that the HDMI terminal is used, the image size is 1280x720, a progressive image, and the frame rate is 59.94fps.

Also, there are two types of video signals: RGB and YUV, but there is no way to check which video signal is currently being captured. You need to check the video settings of the device that outputs the video or set it explicitly.

I believe that Staxrip has added it recently. A distant second is Yadif. It's available in several other programs including VirtualDub2, ffmpeg, etc.
