It seems like Al Hart is at war with the population of Nederland Colorado. Since my post about him on Facebook awhile ago I have had multiple neighbors and locals come to me & contact me with stories about his troubles. One woman described him "belligerent" and I full agree with that adjective for Al.

Various people have emailed me and talked to me in person about their trouble with him. I have been asked to document what I went through and what I know about him. So I will start work on that and post it here. I will write it as best as I can and with it's purpose to educate the reader of this forum, citizens of Nederland, but also for it be passed on to law enforcement. When I went to the police about Al Hart stalking me I gave a verbal report and I think now a written report would be a good idea.

The common thread in my discussions with various people of Nederland is that we all wish he would leave and go far away.

UPDATE: August 2019

Sad to say, this lunatic is still around. He now has a white sprinter like van. Today I heard he is still trying to scam people in the Nederland Colorado area so be alert and if he approaches you let the police handle him. Be safe.
