I can't stand it when doctorates think they know about a subject and get a lot of publicity, but are obviously WRONG about it.

Is completely wrong with regard to calcium and bone density.

People get calcium from drinking MILK JUST FINE!

If they don't, WHERE THE HELL DOES THE CALCIUM THAT IS IN THE BONES AND TEETH OF ALL AMERICANS COME FROM, HUH?

YOU GONNA TELL ME THE KIDS OVER HERE IN EAST ST. LOUIS ARE GETTING THEIR CALCIUM FROM KALE AND SPINACH?! GIVE ME AN F-ING BREAK! (pun intended)

THE THING THAT PISSES ME OFF ABOUT MISINFORMATION SUCH AS THIS IS THAT THEY PROBABLY DO NOT GET ENOUGH MILK OR DAIRY AND NOW, THANKS TO DICKHEADS SUCH AS THIS CHINESE GUY, THEY WILL BE GETTING EVEN LESS!

SURE, IF YOU'RE A COW OR A FREAKIN' HORSE WHO HAS NOTHING ELSE TO DO ALL DAY BUT EAT LEAVES; BUT PEOPLE CAN'T GET SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF CALCIUM FROM GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES! LOOK AT THE SIGNS NEAR THE PRODUCE AT YOUR GROCERY STORE:

IN ORDER TO GET YOUR RDA OF CALCIUM FROM GREENS, YOU HAVE TO EAT LIKE 2 BUSHEL BASKETS FULL OF THE SHIT!

SO AGAIN, I SAY, JUST DRINK MILK, DAIRY AND OR TAKE A SUPPLEMENT.

Plus, I'm tired of hearing about it so Sally Fields, and this Dr. Mao-Mao guy, CAN kiss my ass!

If your skin splits open (finger tips, cold weather[?]) you can minimize the pain by cleaning the gap with hydrogen peroxide then filling it with super glue.

Loc Tite makes a bottle with a finger-nail-polish type brush.

If, like most U.S. citizens, you are constantly shoving stuff in your mouth and/ or looking for something to shove in there which will improve the quality of your life;

consider an attempt at getting all of your reccommended daily allowances as defined by the USF&DA.

Its not very easy so it will give you a challenge, have you shoving supplements in your gullet all day and, keep you healthy.

For starters, in the summer heat, look at potassium.

We're supposed to be getting even more potassium than sodium but, food manufacturers rarely add potassium to our food because, it isn't widely defined as tasting good and, there is a risk of heart problems associated with ingestion of too much potassium in one sitting.

I'm not telling you what the RDA's are because that will spoil part of the shock when you see for yourself just how high they are and how difficult it is to get them.

As crazy high as the RDAs are, I am absolutely sure that they are accurate, as they were established and reviewed by highly trained professionals w/o profit as a motive.

Unlike this G.D. Dr. Nancy Snyderman and Joy Bauer, R.D. who either don't know or give a shit about the telling theiir patients the truth.
